Suppose you are experiencing difficulty with aspects of your life. In that case, therapy may be a productive outlet to discuss and process those challenges. I devote my practice to promoting an integrative, dynamic, and strengths-based approach to enhance mental health.

I work with individuals experiencing a wide variety of concerns like: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and more. I utilise various approaches including: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and coping skill development.

I currently live and have completed my training here in Bendigo after moving from a  small Victorian regional township. I understand what it means to live regionally and the struggles that accompany those experiences. I also have experience working with new Australians, helping them navigate some of the challenges faced in resettling in a new country.

It can be challenging to reach out for therapy services- I am here to listen and support you through the often daunting process of accepting help. I offer a safe and comfortable place to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to guide you towards more adaptive ways of being.
